Submit a site to the Teleperson library
Help other Teleperson users by contributing the name and basic info for a site we don't yet recognize.
When you visit a site Teleperson hasn't seen before, the panel automatically adds it to your private Hub so the extension works for you immediately. You can also help by contributing the site to the public Teleperson library — once an admin reviews and approves your submission, every Teleperson user can see it in the catalog.
How to submit
- Open the panel on a site with the "Add to my Hub" banner.
- Click "Help us add this to the Teleperson library" below the Add button.
- Confirm or edit the suggested fields:
- Site name (prefilled with the page title)
- Industry
- Short description (optional)
- Support URL (optional)
- Support phone (optional)
- Click Submit for review.
That's it. The form takes about 30 seconds to fill in and the panel will confirm: "Submitted for review. An admin will check the details before adding it to the Teleperson library."
What happens next
Your submission is queued for an admin to look over. When approved, the company becomes visible in the public catalog browse list (and other users who land on the same site automatically see your contributions). If the submission is rejected, the company stays in your private Hub but isn't published.
What we send
Only what you typed in the form, plus a snapshot of the public page metadata the panel had already gathered (title, meta description, top-level headings). No page body text, no form input, no cookies, no auth tokens. The security & privacy page covers the full data story.
