What is Teleperson

Teleperson is the customer support layer of the web. It's a browser extension (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) that overlays a slide-in side panel on every company site you do business with. The panel shows you exactly what you need at exactly the right moment: who you're dealing with, what you've spent there, the verified path to a real human, an AI assistant grounded in that company's specific support reality, and — when an on-page chatbot is available — a co-pilot that can read the bot's replies and draft each response so you just click Send.
