Help Test New Features

Teleperson ships small features often. If you're willing to try things a little earlier than everyone else, you can opt in from the panel. We'll send the occasional email when there's something new to try, and you can change your mind at any time.

How to opt in

1. Open the Teleperson panel and go to the Settings tab (gear icon).
2. Find the Help test new features card near the top of the modal.
3. Click Yes, count me in.

The button stays highlighted to confirm your selection. Your preference saves the moment you click — there's no separate save step.

How to opt back out

Same place: open Settings, find Help test new features, and click Not right now. We won't send any more new-feature emails. (You can also unsubscribe from any email we send, which has the same effect.)

What you'll get

• An occasional email when a new feature is ready for early testing.
• A short note about what's new, what we want you to try, and how to give feedback.
• No marketing or sales emails — those are a separate setting on your account profile.

We don't pile on. Expect a few emails a year, not a few a week.

What we don't do

• We never share your email or your opt-in choice with anyone outside Teleperson.
• We never enroll you automatically — opting in is always something you do yourself in the panel.
• We don't gate the regular product behind beta testing. Every feature still ships to all users when it's ready; you just see the option a little earlier.
