Global search

Search across every tab in the panel from the header search bar.

The panel header has a search bar to the left of the Friction and Match score rings. Type a few characters and it shows matches grouped by tab — Overview text, Hub companies you've added, Customer history, Escalation routes, Call Tree steps, Reviews, Quality scores, and Invoices. Click a result to switch to that tab, scroll to the matching card, and briefly highlight it.

What's searched

The search covers content for the current company only — it isn't a catalog-wide search. The Hub tab keeps its own search bar for finding companies across the whole directory.

For each tab the search index includes:

  • Overview — tagline, industry, headquarters, founded year, top reasons people visit, intents, contact info, expected outcome.
  • Hub — every company you've followed or added locally (name, domain, industry).
  • History — account profile, critical notes, every interaction in the timeline.
  • Escalate — direct phone route, IVR path, the copyable call summary, best channel, documents needed, fallbacks.
  • Call Tree — every IVR node (title, script, direct line, best time).
  • Reviews — review titles and bodies, once you've opened the tab.
  • Quality — the headline score and individual signals, once you've opened the tab.
  • Account — premium status, free-tier features, invoices.

Lazy data

The search only indexes data that's already loaded. Quality, Reviews, Call Tree, and Invoices fetch from the backend the first time you open their tab, so until you do they won't appear in results. Open a tab once and its content becomes searchable for the rest of the session.

If a query returns no matches, the empty state nudges you to open the tab so its content gets indexed.

Keyboard

  • Cmd+K / Ctrl+K — focus the search bar from anywhere in the panel.
  • / — move through results.
  • Enter — open the highlighted result.
  • Esc — first press closes the dropdown; second press clears the query; third press blurs the input.
