Purchases
Your transactions and spend with each company, on its own tab in the panel.
The Purchases tab shows the transactions and spend Teleperson has on file for the company whose site you're on right now. It sits in the right-side rail directly under Company Hub →, so financial context is one click away from anywhere in the panel.
What you see
When you're on a site that's mapped to a company in your Hub and you're signed in, the tab renders three sections:
- Spend with this company. Rolling totals for the last 30 days, 90 days, 365 days, and lifetime — plus the lifetime transaction count.
- Recent transactions. Up to twelve recent line items, each with the merchant name as it appeared on your statement, date, payment channel (in-store, online, etc.), pending flag, and amount.
- Linked accounts. The accounts whose data feeds this view — type, account name, last-four mask, and institution.
Where the data comes from
Purchases pulls from accounts you've linked through one of two aggregators:
- Plaid — 11k+ banks. Used by default in most of North America.
- MX — 16k+ institutions. A good fallback if your bank isn't on Plaid.
You link an account once via the Generate Hub flow. After that, every mapped company on your Hub gets its own slice of the same transaction feed on its Purchases tab.

When the tab appears
The Purchases tab only shows up on sites where Teleperson has at least one transaction with that company. If you haven't linked a Plaid or MX account yet, or if you've never transacted with the company, the tab is hidden so the rail stays focused on what's relevant.
To populate it, link an account through the Generate Hub → flow.
Privacy
Transaction data is stored server-side in Supabase, scoped to your user via row-level security. The extension never holds raw bank credentials — linking happens inside the Plaid Link or MX Connect widget, and only short-lived access tokens are exchanged.
