History

Your past interactions with each company — emails and phone calls, with viewable call transcripts.

The History tab (under More in the panel rail) shows your past interactions with the company you're on — in one timeline across channels:

  • Emails — subject and a short summary; click to expand the body.
  • Phone calls — topic, duration, and outcome; click to open the full turn-by-turn transcript of the call.

Use the All / Email / Calls pills to filter the timeline.

Sample data for now. History currently shows clearly-labelled example entries so you can see how it will work. Your real email and call history will appear here as sources connect — email via the Mail integration, and call transcripts from calls placed through Verified Call Trees.

  • Mail — the inbox view this history will draw from
  • Verified Call Trees — one-tap calls that will feed transcripts

Preferences

Choose which tab the panel opens on, control notifications, and clear cached data — under Settings.
