Credit Monitoring

The Credit tab shows your credit score the same way Credit Karma does: a score gauge, the band it falls in, how it's changed since you last checked, and the key factors moving it. Checking your score here is a soft pull — it never affects your score.

Verifying your identity

The first time you open the Credit tab, you'll verify your identity with our partner Method Financial. Tap Verify to see my score and complete Method's secure flow — it takes about a minute.

Teleperson never sees or stores your Social Security number. Method collects and holds all sensitive identity information; we only receive your resulting score and the factors behind it.

Your score

Once you're verified, Teleperson pulls your VantageScore and shows:

• Your score on a 300–850 gauge, colored by band.
• The band name (Excellent / Good / Fair / Poor).
• The change since your last check, when available.
• The key factors affecting your score.

You can pull a fresh score at any time with Get my score.

Privacy

• Soft pull only — no hard inquiry, no impact to your score.
• Your SSN and identity details stay with Method, never with Teleperson.
• You can stop credit monitoring at any time from your profile.

Availability

Credit monitoring is rolling out gradually. If you don't see the Credit tab yet, it hasn't been enabled for your account.
